This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, customers and visitors of Vigilis Lda and Vigilis Tree Shelters Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our commitment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We treat all individuals fairly, regardless of age, disability, gender, gender identity, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity, race, ethnic origin, nationality, religion or belief, or sexual orientation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In employment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Recruitment, pay, training, promotion and dismissal decisions are based on capability, performance and the requirements of the role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not tolerate harassment, bullying or victimisation of any kind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We make reasonable adjustments where required to support disabled colleagues and applicants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexible working requests are considered on their merits in line with applicable law.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In our supply chain and customer relationships<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We expect suppliers and business partners to share our commitment to equality and inclusion. We do not discriminate between customers on any of the grounds above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Raising a concern<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any employee or third party who experiences or witnesses behaviour inconsistent with this policy should raise it with a member of senior management or by email to <a href=\"mailto:sales@vigilistreeshelters.com\">sales@vigilistreeshelters.com<\/a>.
